These sessions are invocation of the creative force & the guru within. Gong sessions are a form of inactive meditation practiced in a relaxed posture of choice (lying down, sitting up or moving around). 

Expect to bathe your mind, body & soul in the potent vibration of the Gongs & other instruments of sound medicine. The portal of Sacred Sounds invite us to experience a journey to & through our inner worlds to meet all parts of ourselves, the ones we may like, the ones we may not & all the ones that exist in between. 

The vibration of the Gong & the sound instruments work in tandem with the healing power of Reiki (gentle energy healing modality) to help us shake up & release stagnant energies stored in our cellular structure & experience an overall sense of healing & wellness. 

These sessions can be customized for your unique intention & goal.

Yoga Nidra & Gong Medicine

These sessions are the merger of two potent healing & soothing modalities where we invite our bodies & minds to explore the state of deep meditative rest & physical relaxation & open ourselves to receiving & manifesting our desires & intentions. You will be invited to set a clear & specific intention (known as sankalpa) prior to lying down to receive the session. You will then be guided through 7 stages of yoga Nidra (also known as the yogic sleep) where we plant the seeds of your intention in your subconscious mind as you move through the receptive stages of this ancient practice. As you move deeper into states of relaxation & receptivity, The potent medicine of Gong & sound is then used to further infuse your intention deeply into  every cell in your body. 

Meditation & Gong Bath

These sessions incorporate the harmonics of silence & sound to arrive at the ultimate state of deep inner silence, Shunia. We utilize the shear power of ancient meditative practices with the potency of the Gong & Sound medicine. We cut through all the noise- internal & external, in order to cultivate & experience the peaceful state of nothingness. We honour & appreciate all the noise & the chaos in the process of arriving to inner stillness. We don’t suppress emotions or feelings present within us, we simply work with what is present to navigate the journey to Shunia. 

Gong & Kundalini 

Natural union of two of the most dynamic & paramount spiritual tools available to us. These sessions include a complete kundalini kriya (exercise set) followed by an extended Gong relaxation. These sessions harmonize & balance the yin & the yang, the energetic & the restful, the active & the passive. The kriya can be customized for a specific intention. 

Ceremonial Gong

These sessions are customized for the intention of the participant(s). The medicine of Gong is used in tandem with the medicine of the elements & other tools available to us from mama nature herself. 

We open sacred space with a cleansing invocation (by using voice or physical movement) to prepare ourselves for the session & to invoke a state receptivity. We incorporate fire, water, earth, air or ether elements in our sessions with the potent medicine of Gong. These sessions are interactive & fluid. 

The healing power of Reiki is activated throughout the session as well. 

Lunation Cycle Gong Medicine 

Group sessions based around the Lunation cycles. These sessions are scheduled specifically on or around the New & Full moon cycles & are curated to work with specific theme of each New or Full moon. These sessions incorporate breath work  synchronized to the theme of the lunar cycles to accompany our journey of setting the seeds of new intentions or releasing what no longer serves our path & purpose.
